Fixed fee & contingent bonuses
Gross up = No: Amount to pay is the input amount net of the solidarity deduction (Amount × (1 − %)). Gross up = Yes: Amount to pay is grossed up so the selling club still nets the input amount after deduction (Amount ÷ (1 − %)). The Fixed Fee row always follows the Fixed Transfer Fee entered above; bonus rows are optional – leave any blank to exclude them.
